We each have our own dreams, interests, and goals and at our personal training sessions you will feel supported in every way. As your trainer, I will be there to make sure you know how to properly execute every exercise and to encourage and motivate you along the way.

A customized workout plan designed for you will ensure that you are exercising every muscle in your body. Depending on your goals, training sessions will usually include elements of cardio fitness, calisthenics and strength training, core stability, balance and flexibility.

Before starting a personal training program, we will complete a Health and Fitness Assessment to understand your current lifestyle and future goals. At our first session we will analyse your needs and set up goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscles, increase flexibility, or improve overall health, we will work with your strengths and limitations and focus on exercises that will maximize results you are striving to achieve.

I pay special attention to teaching my Clients the importance of focus, breathing techniques and proper execution of all exercises. The goal of learning proper technique and establishing proper movement patterns is not only improvement of overall fitness and reducing the risk of injuries, but also creating a lifelong love for active lifestyle.

Once the Clients became aware of their physical potential they find a profound sense of calm and fulfillment. The powerful transformative effects training has on people go beyond just reaching physical goals; the amazing benefits of movement are obvious in improved physical and mental health. The more you work towards achieving your fitness goals, the more success you will find in other aspects of your life.

We will not only set up realistic and measurable goals for your workout plan; you will be able to see results and feel succeeding over the time. A framework of challenges and fitness-level appropriate goals will prevent injury, and create a feeling of success.

At this time I train my clients at Oak Ridges Fitness Center or at Ed Sackfield Fitness Center. Our training sessions will be scheduled at a time that works for you.
