Family classes are a playful and inspiring way to create strong bonds within your family and connect with other families in your community. You can do yoga with your child no matter their age!

This family yoga class is excellent for families with young children and teenagers, and provides a great opportunity to spend a quality time with the people important in you life, enjoying a fun and healthy activity together.
Children, parents and even grandparents create strong bond with each other in a healthy, fun and non-competitive environment. It is a rare opportunity for members of the family to do a fun activity together, while observing and learning from each other.
Yoga is excellent for reducing stress, while increasing strength, flexibility, concentration and balance. Children and parents will practice how to focus and centre themselves while exploring Sun Salutations, standing poses, breathing, and relaxation techniques. We will go through poses and play yoga games, all while building confidence, self-esteem, and strong healthy bodies, and having a lot of belly laughs!
