I am a Fitness Coach and Somatic Movement Educator.

I help my clients reduce impact of stress and heal from traumatic life experiences through mindful movement and self-empowerment.

My programs are designed to help people coming to my classes find a safe and welcoming space for self-expression and self-discovery; I support them in developing self-awareness, finding harmony within themselves, and restoring a sense of health and wellbeing.
